The Poccini Commercial Complex project in Nowshahr, with an approximate total floor area of 10,000 square meters, was designed by our company and executed under the supervision and management of Pezhan. As a modern commercial center in the city of Nowshahr, this complex provides an ideal space for shops, retail units, and service areas, taking into account both structural and functional requirements. The use of a reinforced concrete structure in this project has made it possible to create large, open spaces with flexible unit layouts—an essential feature for commercial complexes, as it allows for optimal and clear organization of retail areas and circulation paths.
In designing this project, particular attention was given to accessibility, commercial functionality, and structural durability under the climatic conditions of the Nowshahr region, while strictly adhering to technical and safety standards. The precise implementation of engineering principles in the foundation, framework, and finishes reflects the company’s commitment to delivering high construction quality and ensuring the satisfaction of the owner and future users.
